We keep pricing simple and low, and we give you two ways to try botgap before paying: the Free plan(no time limit) and a 7-day free trial of paid plans. Because of this, paid subscriptions arenon-refundable, but you can cancel at any time.
Free trial
- Each account can use the free trial once.
- If you cancel during the trial, you are not charged.
- If you don't cancel, your subscription starts and is billed when the trial ends.
Cancelling
- Cancel any time from the Billing page in your console. No emails or calls needed.
- After cancelling, your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. It then switches to the Free plan and is not renewed.
- Your bots and knowledge base are kept. Features above the Free plan limits stop working until you upgrade again.
Refunds
- Payments for a billing period that has started are non-refundable, including partially used periods.
- We do not offer pro-rated refunds when you cancel or downgrade.
- Exceptions: if you were charged twice for the same period, or charged after you had already cancelled, email us within 14 days at [email protected] and we will refund the incorrect charge.
- Where the law of your country gives you a right to a refund that cannot be waived, that right still applies.
Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, your paid plan stays active for a 5-day grace period while PayPal retries. If payment still fails, your account moves to the Free plan.
